Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals – DACA

There are several requirements to being able to apply for DACA. One, is being under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012. The person needed to have come to the United States before their 16th birthday. Have continuously resided in the United States since June 15, 2007, up to the present time. The applicant must have been physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012, and at the time of his request for deferred action with USCIS. The applicant must have entered without inspection before June 15, 2012. They must currently be in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a certificate of general education development (GED), or be a veteran with honorable dismissal from the Coast Guard or the United States Armed Forces, AND have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor, three or more misdemeanors, and do not represent a threat to national security or public safety.  With the help of attorney Carlos Gallardo you can benefit from the DACA program in the following ways:
